We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Reward

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to shop for something new.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return status.
